Simple Smoothie Recipe

I'm not usually a big smoothie person but I do enjoy something cold and refreshing after an intense workout. Smoothies are super easy and versatile so if you're not a huge fan of an ingredient, just swap it out for another!

Here's what I like to use!
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 large spoonful of hemp seeds
1 cup + more of Non-Dairy Milk
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy! 😋
