Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, GF

These are to die for!

Their melty consistency when baked fresh and eaten straight out of the oven is unlike any other vegan cookie I've made! Don't believe me? Give this recipe a try.









Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Sugar

  • 2 tbsps Unsweetened Applesauce

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 cup Spelt Flour

  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1/3 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips








Instructions:


Preheat oven 350°F and line a baking sheet. In a bowl mix together peanut butter, sugar, applesauce and vanilla extract.


Now add in flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips then scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.


Bake cookies for 8 minutes at 350°F.


When golden remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
