Healthy Nut & Seed Granola

This is a super simple and delicious low sugar granola recipe.

It's perfect for topping on smoothie bowls, adding in trail mix or mixing with vegan yogurt.






Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup Coconut Flakes

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1 cup Almonds

  • 1 cup Walnuts

  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries

  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Powdered Ginger

  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil

  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup






Instructions:


Preheat oven to 350F and line two baking trays with parchment paper. Chop the nuts then place all dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt the coconut oil then pour it onto the dry granola along with maple syrup. Stir until everything is evenly coated.


Spread the granola out evenly onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes then stir and bake for another 5-10minutes until golden. Leave cool completely then store in an air tight container.
